We offer 3 classes in SAINT – Hyrox (Mondays), Hybrid (Tuesday/Thursdays/Saturdays) and Lift (Wednesday/Friday/Sundays). These classes take place on different days within the week for you to reach your optimal potential!

The Train Studio at SAINT has a vast amount of equipment. The equipment used during a Train workout will change depending on the class format.

If you were already strength training before pregnancy, continuing a safe, modified weight training routine offers significant, evidence-backed benefits. However, pregnancy is not the time to start a brand-new strength program. For those already experienced with resistance training, continuing under professional guidance – focusing on good technique, appropriate load, and safety modifications, can be one of the most beneficial things you do for both your health and that of your baby.
