Your First Ride by SAINT Class: 5 Tips for the Ultimate Experience

Stepping into Ride by SAINT for the first time is like nothing else. The lights drop, the music takes over, and for 45 minutes, the outside world completely fades away. This isn’t just a spin class, it’s a full-body, full-sensory escape that leaves you feeling lighter, stronger, and completely recharged.

Led by Alana Murrin, co-founder of SAINT Studios and indoor cycling veteran, alongside an incredible team of instructors with backgrounds in dance, performance, and fitness, Ride by SAINT combines movement, music, and high energy to create something truly unique. It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned rider or you’ve never clipped into a bike before, this is a space where everyone belongs, and your journey begins the moment you arrive.

If it’s your first time on the bike, here are five tips to help you make the most of your experience:

1. Arrive Early & Settle In

Give yourself 15 minutes before class to check in, grab your cycling cleats, and get comfortable in the space. Our front-of-house team will walk you through everything and make sure you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

2. Let Us Set You Up for Success

Bike setup is everything for comfort and performance. Your instructor will help you adjust your seat height, handlebar position, and give you the lowdown on hand positions, resistance, and rhythm. No pressure, no rush – just a smooth start to your ride.

3. Take It at Your Own Pace

This isn’t about doing it “right” the first time or keeping up with anyone else. Stay in the saddle if you need to, take breaks, and ease into the rhythm when you’re ready. There’s zero judgment, zero competition – just your workout, your way.

4. Ask Questions & Stay Curious

Whether it’s about cleats, bike setup, or riding to the beat, our instructors are here to guide you. We want you to feel confident and supported every time you clip in.

5. Immerse Yourself in the Experience

When the lights drop and the music takes over, let go of the outside world. This is your time to move, sweat, and reset. You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and completely recharged.
