HYROX is a functional fitness race: 8 functional workout stations, broken up by 1km runs between each one. But what makes it special isn’t just the format – it’s the mindset and the movement it’s created.

Once the baby arrives, the focus gradually shifts to rebuilding strength, restoring alignment, and reconnecting to the core and pelvic floor areas significantly impacted during pregnancy and delivery. Reformer Pilates offers an ideal platform for postpartum recovery because it’s Low impact yet highly effective, excellent for realigning posture, supportive of the pelvic floor rehab, and tailored and progressive.
