Whether you’re a seasoned Pilates regular looking to dial it back and reconnect with control, or a first-timer finding your flow, this dynamic sculpting Reformer workout welcomes all levels to move with precision, purpose, and progression.

Turn up the dial,  challenge both body and mind with elevated tempos, resistance-based progressions, and a strong focus on technique and strength – You’ll move with greater pace and purpose, transitioning through sequences that demand strength, control, and flexibility.

For your safety and to ensure the best experience for everyone in the room, our policy requires that you complete at least 10 Signature 1 classes or receive approval from your instructor before moving into Signature 2. This approach ensures you’re confident on the Reformer, able to move safely at higher intensity, and ready to get the most from your workout.

Reformer Pilates at SAINT is suitable for all fitness levels.
There are two levels of Reformer at SAINT – Signature 1 & Signature 2.

Our Signature 1 class is the perfect introduction to Reformer Pilates. This skills-focused session will guide you through the fundamentals.This class is ideal for beginners.

Our Signature 2 class cranks up the intensity, challenging you with slightly faster tempos and increased load using dumbbells and springs.

We recommend starting with our Signature 1 class if you are new to Reformer Pilates.

During a reformer pilates class, it is crucial to maintain stability and balance whilst performing exercises. Grip socks play a vital role in providing the necessary traction and grip on the reformer, for this reason, grip socks are mandatory for our Reformer classes.

Absolutely. Reformer Pilates is not only safe during pregnancy it can be incredibly supportive. With proper guidance and tailored modifications, it offers a structured, mindful way to maintain strength, stability, and mobility throughout each trimester.

At SAINT, after 12 weeks, you are unable to attend our group-based classes. However, we warmly welcome you to book an exclusive one-to-one session with one of our pre- and post-natal qualified instructors, ensuring a safe, supportive, and empowering experience for every stage beyond your first trimester.

Once the baby arrives, the focus gradually shifts to rebuilding strength, restoring alignment, and reconnecting to the core and pelvic floor areas significantly impacted during pregnancy and delivery. Reformer Pilates offers an ideal platform for postpartum recovery because it’s Low impact yet highly effective, excellent for realigning posture, supportive of the pelvic floor rehab, and tailored and progressive.

Most women are cleared for light movement around 6–8 weeks postpartum, though this can vary. At this stage, our approach is all about reconnection before intensity, restoring awareness, control, and balance from the inside out.
