I began my journey as a sports therapist, where I developed a deep appreciation for the body and the importance of movement. Later, while living in Australia, I discovered my passion for Pilates and the power of mindful, functional training.
I’ve always loved helping others move with confidence and feel at ease in their bodies. My classes are strong and thoughtfully layered, offering options and adaptations that make them accessible for all levels. Watching clients progress over time, embrace new challenges, and grow into their own strength is a focus for me as a Pilates Instructor. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can build strength, improve mobility, and feel completely comfortable exploring what your body can do.
