Lift Express 30 minute strength class, designed to get you stronger with meticulous focus on form and technique. Build confidence with weights, challenge your body, and sharpen your mind - no burpees, no assault bike, just pure strength training. 30 minutes, powerful, precise, and done - focused, strong, in and out. Same energy, same expert coaching, same epic experience.

RIDE

Wednesday 1pm - 30 Minute Express Class

Ride Express takes all the best parts of the bike, the beat, and your breath - Same immersive ride experience, sharper, shorter, and more focused. 30 minutes of pure immersion - get in, get out, and switch off from the outside world. Same energy, same expert coaching, same signature SAINT experience.

At SAINT Studios, we run midweek lunchtime Reformer classes, 50 minute workouts.

Learn to Train is for you.

Led by Co-Founder and Head of Train, Ryan Baronet, this complimentary introductory workshop (running until the end of the year) is designed to help you feel confident, capable, and ready to take on any Train class. You’ll refine key movement patterns, learn what Functional Training really means, and get hands-on with the equipment, building the tools and confidence to Train smarter and perform better.

Led by Co-Founder and Head of Ride, Alana Murrin – this complimentary intro workshop (running until year-end) will help you feel comfortable, confident, and connected in the saddle. You’ll learn how to clip in and out safely, find rhythm, move with the music, and get the most from every ride.
