New to SAINT? Start with our Discovery Pack – four workouts for the price of three and experience all our signature concepts, or find the one that speaks to you.

Here’s a few things to know and what to expect during your first visit

Welcome to SAINT. Our classes – Ride, Train, Reformer, and Recover are designed for all fitness levels and experience. We also offer intro classes for Ride, Train, and Reformer, so be sure to check the timetable to get started.

The SAINT Discovery Pack is valid for 2 weeks and lets you experience 4 workouts for the price of 3. You can use it across all class types: Ride, Train, Reformer, and Recover.

To book a class, you’ll need to ourchase credits. You can purchase these as single pay-as-you-go credits, credit bundles, or by choosing a monthly membership.

Once you have credits, simply visit the SAINT timetable and book your workout.

You must be above the age of 18 to attend SAINT Studios.

For all studio classes, choose comfortable, breathable activewear and appropriate training shoes.

Cycling cleats will be provided for Ride. You will be shown how to wear these by your trainer.

For Reformer Pilates, grip socks are required; if you don’t have your own, a pair can be purchased at reception.

In the Recover area, appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Please use the towel provided at check-in to remain covered while transitioning between communal and recovery areas. Sliders are also required. You’re welcome to bring your own robe and sliders, and if you forget, branded SAINT sliders are available for purchase at the front desk.

Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled first session to ensure you’re prepared to start on time.

When you arrive, stop by the front desk to sign in. Our team will guide you to the changing rooms and your designated studio.

Five minutes before your class begins, you’ll be introduced to the instructor. To ensure we can easily find you, please stay visible in the waiting area outside the studio. Let the instructor know if you have any questions or concerns before class begins.

Stay hydrated by grabbing some water before your session. We have water available for purchase at the front desk, or feel free to use our water filling station to refill your bottle. If you forget your bottle, we offer water bottles for sale at the Refuel Hub.

What to bring

Essential Gear: Comfortable workout clothes, suitable footwear (Train), and a water bottle.

Reformer: Grip socks are mandatory. Forgot yours? No worries, purchase them in the studio.

Recover: Flip flops or sliders are required but also available to purchase in-studio if needed.

Checking In: First Timers please arrive 20 minutes before your session for a warm welcome, a quick introduction, and to ensure you feel comfortable and confident, before your first workout.

Workout Briefings

Get ready to sweat!

Please be outside the Ride Studio 10 minutes before class, for a brief introduction on how to set up your bike, clip in and out with cleats, and to answer any questions you may have.

Meet our team on Roof Terrace 5 minutes before your session starts, for an introduction to the Recovery Suite,and to answer any questions you may have in advance of your session.

Please be inside the studio 5 minutes before start time, where your coach will give you an overview of the workout, check for any injuries, and demonstrate how to use the equipment.

Please be outside the studio 5 minutes before start time, your instructor will take you through a quick introduction to the workout and Reformer bed, and check if you have any injuries.

Learn to Ride is for you.

Led by Co-Founder and Head of Ride, Alana Murrin – this complimentary intro workshop (running until year-end) will help you feel comfortable, confident, and connected in the saddle. You’ll learn how to clip in and out safely, find rhythm, move with the music, and get the most from every ride.

Whether it’s your first class or you’re fine-tuning your form, you’ll leave feeling strong, empowered, and ready to make Ride your new favourite workout.

Learn to Train is for you.

Led by Co-Founder and Head of Train, Ryan Baronet, this complimentary introductory workshop (running until the end of the year) is designed to help you feel confident, capable, and ready to take on any Train class. You’ll refine key movement patterns, learn what Functional Training really means, and get hands-on with the equipment, building the tools and confidence to Train smarter and perform better.
