1. Arrive Early & Meet Your Coach
Give yourself at least 10-15 minutes before class starts. This is your chance to meet your coach, chat about any concerns or injuries, and get a full rundown of the workout before things kick off. Knowing what to expect helps you feel prepared and confident from the start.
2. Leave Your Ego at the Door
It’s easy to get caught up in the energy of the room, but this isn’t about competing or maxing out, it’s about moving well and feeling good. We focus on progress over perfection and quality over intensity – The goal is to finish class feeling strong, not burned out.
3. Ask Questions Anytime
Not sure about a movement? Want to slow things down or try an alternative? Your coach is there to help and can adapt anything to suit your needs. There are no silly questions here – this is a space where learning and confidence come first.
4. Take It at Your Own Pace
Every class is built to challenge you, but how hard you push is completely up to you. We encourage you to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and find a pace that feels right for your fitness level and goals.
5. Enjoy the Energy & Community
Train by SAINT isn’t just a workout – it’s an experience. The music, the coaching, the encouragement from the people around you, it all comes together to create a positive, uplifting environment. Celebrate the small wins, soak up the vibe, and leave feeling stronger and more accomplished than when you walked in.
