1. Arrive Early & Meet Your Coach

Give yourself at least 10-15 minutes before class starts. This is your chance to meet your coach, chat about any concerns or injuries, and get a full rundown of the workout before things kick off. Knowing what to expect helps you feel prepared and confident from the start.
