“Beyond Limits” is a 2 Hour workshop that fuses the mindset of a 2x Olympic athlete with the practices of movement, breath-work, and recovery to show participants how the principles of high performance extend beyond sport, into work, relationships, and life. This immersive workshop blends mindset coaching, high-energy movement, breath-work, and recovery practices to help you push past barriers, build resilience, and perform at your best – in the gym, at work, and beyond.

 Through a combination of talk, training, and transformative recovery, you’ll walk away with a champion’s toolkit for clarity, focus, and strength you can use every day. The event is designed to help participants tap into their own champion mindset, push through physical and mental barriers, and walk away with practical tools for resilience, focus, and energy management.

Meet the Coach

Darragh Greene is a double Olympian & Irish swimmer from Newtownforbes, Co. Longford.
He is currently based & training full time on the Gold Coast in Australia. Darragh has represented Team Ireland at every major swimming competition from European & World Championships to the Olympic Games in 2020 and 2024.

For the last 8 years Darragh has trained 2 to 3 times a day at the National Sports Campus in Dublin as a member of the high-performance squad and is am now training in Australia for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic cycle.

He competed in the men's 100 metre breaststroke at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships. He qualified to represent Ireland at the 2020 Summer Olympics In Tokyo Japan, and at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, France.

Linking mindset to physiology: learning how to control your state under stress (same principles Olympians use before competition).
